LOVE

Valentine’s Day is an opportunity to pause, and reflect on the nature of Love. I encourage you to do just that. Next apply the yogic principle of AHIMSA: “lovingkindness” to yourself. Make a resolution to practice “Lovingkindness” toward yourself.

You may do this by eating well, moving/exercising/practicing yoga everyday, speak well, socialize well, work well, play/create well, use your social media well, sleep enough, etc etc etc. Once you take good care of you, the Love light will shine from you. The world will notice and be nourished from this great well of Love you have filled. 

Fill yourself first with Lovingkindness, and see the Love and Light fill the world around you.
